MODE AVION est une installation In Situ tout en miroir, fluidité et transparence. Elle exploite la lumière et les courants d’air qui traversent le lieu pour recréer une experience poétique et meditative. L’installation est construire autour de l’idée de déconnection avec le virtuel et les écrans numériques et à une reconnection avec un environnement concret mais délicat et précieux. Le lavoir où l’installation prend place est vu comme un lieu pur, dénué de connexion wifi et d’électricité, un lieu idéal pour se retrouver face à soi-même ou se laisser bercer par les mouvements naturels de l’espace, les jeux de reflexions de la lumière. Le spectateur fait partie de l’installation par le positionnement et le déplacement de son propre corps dans l’espace, il la modifiera fatalement.
DE: MODE AVION ist eine In-Situ-Installation ganz in Spiegel, Flüssigkeit und Transparenz. Sie nutzt die Licht- und Luftströmungen, die den Ort durchqueren, um ein poetisches und meditatives Erlebnis zu schaffen. Die Installation basiert auf der Idee der Trennung von den virtuellen und digitalen Bildschirmen und einer Wiederverbindung mit einer konkreten, aber empfindlichen und kostbaren Umgebung. Das Waschhaus, in dem die Installation stattfindet, wird als reiner Ort ohne WLAN-Verbindung und Strom angesehen, ein idealer Ort, um sich selbst zu begegnen oder sich von den natürlichen Bewegungen des Raums und den Spielen von Lichtreflexionen wiegen zu lassen. Der Betrachter ist Teil der Installation, indem er seinen eigenen Körper im Raum positioniert und bewegt, er wird ihn unweigerlich verändern.

The installation is built around the idea of disconnection with the virtual and digital screens and a reconnection with a concrete but delicate and precious environment. The washhouse where the installation takes place is seen as a pure place, devoid of wifi connection and electricity, an ideal place to come face to face with yourself or let yourself be lulled by the natural movements of space, games of light reflections.
